Participation in legislative work

a) Upon request of the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, participated in amending the labour legislation, by coordinating the work of revising the labour law, which gave rise to the Labour Code, between May 2002 and July 2003;
b) Upon request of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, participated in revising the insurance contract statutory scheme, by coordinating the committee that drafted the insurance contract legal regime, approved by the Council of Ministers on January 24th and promulgated on April 7th, 2008 − Decree-Law n.er 72/2008, April 16th, which came into force on January 1st, 2009.
